This placeholder policy is written for AlphaEcons' Singapore tuition enquiries and should be reviewed before launch.

Information we collect

When you submit the consultation form, we collect your role, name, email, phone number, preferred contact channel, year, school, subject, referral source, user agent, and a salted hash of your IP address for soft rate-limiting.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, arrange consultations, plan lessons, protect the form from abuse, and maintain basic operational records.

Storage and access

Enquiry data is stored in Supabase and may be surfaced through Telegram notifications to the AlphaEcons operator. Access should be limited to people who need it to respond to enquiries or run classes.

Your rights

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable exceptions.
